Refund Policy

By processing your order and submitting your contact information, you are entering into a binding purchase contract with WagLeads.
This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our email list databases from fraudulent activity and misuse. Email lists are sold as is, without any warranties or guarantees.

Payment and Financial Agreement
The “client” (“you”) acknowledges and agrees that all financial information provided to WagLeads is true and lawfully theirs. The client further acknowledges that all payments are due in full prior to the execution of any marketing campaign and that WagLeads maintains a no-refund policy for any marketing campaign once it has been executed and emails have been sent to the mass market.
Additionally, WagLeads will not refund any amounts after a hosting account has been set up for the month. The client agrees not to dispute charges and accepts these financial terms and conditions with WagLeads.
In the event that WagLeads receives a chargeback or there is theft of services after services have been rendered, an additional USD 100.00 fee, along with court, collection, and attorney fees, will be added to the outstanding balance. The client acknowledges that this agreement supersedes any agreement with their bank, credit card company, or other financial institutions.
